- 【Product Description】 Dual-Power ATS Core Functionality Quickly switches loads to backup power upon main power failure, Supports automatic/manual transfer between two power sources with real-time status monitoring. If main power (A) fails, backup power (B) activates within 0.03 seconds and automatically reverts once main power recovers.Operating Voltage:2P AC 110V 100amp, 50/60 Hz Dimensions: 5.67 x 5.5 x 4.5 inches Weight: 1.3 lbs Installation Rail Mounting: Compatible with standard DIN rails L1 and L2 denote live wires; N denotes the neutral wire; PE denotes the protective earthing wire
- 【Product Features】Mini ATS features an upgraded flame-retardant PC housing for safety, a precision-wound 1,200-turn electromagnetic coil with 6mm² copper braiding for reliability, and travel limit microswitches to prevent internal displacement. Its advanced arc chute uses differential temperature iron plates to absorb heat and accelerate arc extinction via gasification. The durable magnetic knob withstands 2,000+ electrical cycles and 5,000+ manual operations, ensuring extended lifespan.
- 【Usage Instructions】 Automatic Mode: For 110V AC ATS in auto mode, set left switch to "Auto" and green handle to "Source A". When normal power A works, A (red) stays on; if A fails, it switches to backup B within 0.03s (A red off, B red on), and reverts when A recovers. Manual Mode: For cenyb ATS in manual mode, set left switch to "Manual". Choose A: turn right green handle to "Source A" (A red on). Choose B: turn handle to "Source B" (B red on).
- 【Application Scenarios】 The Mini ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) ensures uninterrupted power supply, making it ideal for mission-critical scenarios and high-demand equipment. It is particularly suitable for:Hospitals recreational vehicle dwelling apartment Low-temperature cold storage facilities Data centers Emergency systemsDuring main power outages, it automatically and rapidly switches to backup power, guaranteeing safe and reliable electricity supply. The unit is designed for both indoor and outdoor generator applications
- 【Precautions】 The voltage of both the primary and backup power sources must remain within ±15% of the rated voltage, and the current must not fall below 5A. Otherwise, the coil may overheat or even sustain damage.

NOTE
Q1：Can I use a PV inverter as normal power or reserve power?
Answer: Yes. For photovoltaic (PV) type automatic transfer switches, please select models prefixed with "PV", such as PV 3P 100A.
Q2: Will household appliances lose power when this ATS transfer?
Answer: No. Since the transfer only takes 8ms?a remarkably fast speed?household appliances will not lose power.
Q3: Will this ATS give the generator a start signal to automatically turn it on?
Answer: Yes.
Q4:Can we use 110V to connect this ATS?
Answer:Please select the 110V model of the ATS
Q5:What is the installation method of this ATS?
Answer:Rail mounting (refers to installation on a standard DIN rail)
The voltage of the common and backup power supplies must be within 85%?110% of the rated voltage, and the current must not be less than 5A; otherwise, the coil may overheat or even get damaged.
Suitable common and backup power sources for this product include stable municipal power, photovoltaics, generators, etc. They must be alternating current (AC); otherwise, the product will not switch automatically.
