For the best results, you’ll want to plant the seeds three to four weeks before the average last frost. To encourage germination, you can soak the seeds for twenty four hours before planting. After planting, water the seeds every two weeks. After thirty five days, the beets will be mature enough to harvest. This strain of beet is used as a first early variety of beet for mid-summer sowing and storage. Benefits from full sun to partial shade lighting. At 35 days, the "baby greens" can be harvested.
