Why Mountain Valley Seed Company?

Witloof Chicory is a Belgian variety that is great for home gardening. Plants grow 12-18” tall and produce light to medium green leaves. Sow seeds directly outside ½” deep and 1” apart in full sun. After 4 weeks, thin seedlings to be 6-12” apart. Leaves have the best flavor when grown in cooler temperatures, so aim for fall or spring harvest.
