Notes & Growing Tips

When grown as a MicroGreen/Shoot these peas will germinate in about 5 days. We think they taste best as a Micro/shoot around 10 days.

Thomas Laxton Pea , also known as pea microgreens, usually have very prominent root systems, which is why it is primarily grown in soil. The roots like to burrow and explore the soil while taking hold so the shoots can start "shooting" up. It is possible to get them to thrive with the right hydroponic medium.

Our non-GMO Thomas Laxton Pea are great in salads and can be eaten shortly. Good for freezing.
