Water lightly and evenly, avoiding saturation or standing water, as excess moisture can inhibit early growth. The signature blend is especially effective for water-sensitive and small-seeded varieties by helping maintain the proper moisture balance. - For seed starting, blend 1 part vermiculite with 4 parts coconut coir and peat moss, fill trays loosely, moisten, sow seeds, and top with a 1/8-inch layer of vermiculite to support moisture retention and airflow. - For root cuttings, prepare the same 1:4 vermiculite-to-coir/peat blend, insert cuttings at the recommended depth, lightly top with vermiculite, and maintain consistent moisture until a strong root system develops.
