VAUGHAN: Striking Tools Since 1869

Drop-Forged Strength, Balanced for Less Fatigue

From the First Nail to the Last Pry

A Marshalltown Company Brand

Framing hammers, finish tools and mallets balanced to drive harder with less fatigue. Start with the VAUGHAN best sellers below.

Five generations of hammer-making. VAUGHAN framing, finish and demolition tools are drop-forged and balanced for the pro who swings all day.

One-piece and fully forged heads and bars take use without mushrooming or cracking. Head-to-handle geometry tuned over 150 years puts more of your swing on the nail, not your arm. Hickory, fiberglass and shock-absorbing handles are matched to each striking task.

Pick the hammer, then add the bars and companion tools that finish the job. Titanium framers drive like steel with far less recoil; steel models bring the same balance at a workhorse price.

VAUGHAN is part of the Marshalltown family of professional tool brands, trusted on jobsites since 1890. Choose the striking tool, then complete the kit across the wider range of Marshalltown professional tools.
